The hotel's location is superb, nestled between the Port and the Old Town, providing an ideal base to enjoy the city. The service was amongst the best I have encountered worldwide, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. While the dining options may not be the best, the hotel's great value for money and central location compensate well. The sight of horses in the sun is a downside that I hope will be addressed in the future.

My room was at street view level with two double beds, high ceilings, quality linen, and a choice of three pillows. It was a good size for a Standard room, featuring a cozy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The window opening into a pretty central atrium added to the charm.

The staff here were agreeable and helpful, even letting me access the rooftop to watch a firework show. Their friendliness and politeness truly stood out, making my stay more enjoyable.

While enjoying the bustling Calle Larios and the heart of the old quarter, I did encounter the unfortunate sight of horses in the sun, a downside of the otherwise great location.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were fab, clean, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was just breathtaking.
